Shankleesh Cheese

Shankleesh is a mezze style cheese. We strain our greek Yoghurt with the addition of Jersey Sea Salt. Our Yoghurt cheese is then hand shaped and rolled in Za’atar, a mix of herbs, and then aged whilst submerged in Olive oil.

Enjoy as an appetiser or in a salad.
