Jersey Gelato

The first Gelato to be homemade in Jersey in small batches. We use pasteurised but non homogenised milk from our beloved Jersey cows, milked only 70 metres from where we produce in our on farm kitchen.

We use the finest local ingredients to flavour our Gelato, and where we can’t find them in Jersey, we source the best quality ingredients available in order to enhance the amazing qualities of our Jersey milk.
