We also love their Jersey Wagyu Burgers, which are second to none. Their yoghurt features on our Breakfast menu and we are looking to introduce their Shankleesh Cheese to our small plates menu in “Maddies”. David and his team care passionately about their animals and this shines through brilliantly in all that they produce
