Jersey Butter

In the words of Michel Roux jnr during his recent visit to Jersey, our butter is simply ‘exquisite.’ Made in the traditional way, churned in small batches and salted with Jersey Sea Salt. The vibrant colour is a testament to our Jersey Cow and their luxurious milk.
