Jersey Black Butter Gelato made in the traditional Italian way, using real ingredients including farm fresh Jersey milk and cream as well as locally produced egg yolks. Our custard base is then matured with the addition of La Mare’s Jersey Black Butter, a rich conserve of apples, Jersey cider and spices.
