Mint & Choc Chip Gelato

Jersey Mint Leaves and Choc Chip Gelato is made in the traditional Italian way, using real ingredients including farm fresh Jersey milk and cream as well as locally produced egg yolks. Our custard base is then matured and enhanced with fresh mint leaves and churned with the addition of Belgian chocolate chips.
